Machine was received with a little over 9 hours on it with a brand new hose and power supply. No issues at all. Just note that you probably won't be able to use the MyAir app if someone else had previously registered the device with the app on their phone. Not a big deal, though, since the app is rather underwhelming and there are better ways to track your sleep while using the machine. Overall, the 11 is a big improvement over the first version of the AirSense 10 I tried years ago and gave up on.

Error 33. My z1 battery died.
They wanted $300. And it would take weeks to resolve. The new cpap works much better and it's quiet too.

Great replacement strap. I will purchase again.

My other mask was 3 years old and was not connecting correctly the velcro was worn out. I seem to be getting much better sleep now that I'm using this new mask. This one's harness connects differently to the nose piece but so far the nose piece fits much better over my nose. I recommend this msk.

These seem to help the seal.

I realise they are an old release, but they are the most comfortable cushions I have used. Bought extra stock in case they are discontinued.
