Machine was received with a little over 9 hours on it with a brand new hose and power supply. No issues at all. Just note that you probably won't be able to use the MyAir app if someone else had previously registered the device with the app on their phone. Not a big deal, though, since the app is rather underwhelming and there are better ways to track your sleep while using the machine. Overall, the 11 is a big improvement over the first version of the AirSense 10 I tried years ago and gave up on.
