AirFit F10 for Her Full Face Mask Cushion

This Product DOES NOT Require a Prescription

Product Description

Facial oils build up on CPAP mask cushions and will cause leaking and discomfort; for that reason your AirFit F10 for Her cushion should be wiped off daily and replaced every 1-3 months to provide a seal that has little CPAP mask leak.

The ResMed SpringAir technology offers a lightweight solution with a strong seal. The cushion inserts into the mask frame making it easy for daily cleaning. This cushion is latex free and made from a silicone material. Please note that the size cushion that is ordered must be used with the corresponding mask frame size.

Important Note: This cushion should ONLY be used with the AirFit F10 series of Full Face Masks.

Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, CPAP mask parts and accessories do not require a
prescription for purchase. Often you can prolong the life of your CPAP mask by
replacing the cushion seals and headgear, a great cost savings!

How Do I Know Which Size Cushion to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the size of replacement mask
cushion seal for a few reasons. 1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard frame
size, some offer different sizes. 2.) Once a cushion has been opened from the original
packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the cushion
labeled some place on your current mask, be sure to check there first. Not
sure? Feel free to use our live chat to speak with an agent for assistance.

Is This Cushion Seal Latex Free?

Yes, all CPAP mask cushions we
sell are latex free. Most cushion seals are made from soft silicone material.
For CPAP users that experience discomfort from silicone cushions there are some
masks that use cloth or memory foam material. Feel free to speak with one of
our customer service agents to find out more.

How Often Should I Replace This Cushion Seal?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months,
however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will
be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Cushion Seal?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most mask cushion seals is to clean
with mild soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion
seal daily to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks.

I Want to Submit an Insurance Claim. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a nasal or full-face
cushion is A7032. For pillow cushion styles you should use HCPC code A0733.

F10 works way better than the F20 for me.

I have used the F10 for years. I have accidentally purchased the F20 by mistake and I don't like it nearly as much. I hope they keep making it. It has a better seal for me. I like the feel of the mask material better. I switched to this when it first came out. I switched from the Quartaro.

Sleeper in the sleep world....

Listen. I do mask fits for a living. They replaced this mask with the F20, but there is still a real place for these. I like them better because of their light weight, and superior elbow fitting. These put a LOT less pressure on your face than the F20, and I wish they still made these in Extra Small! Also, if you have a pacemaker, use of these, not the F20. Magnets are contraindicated with pacemakers.

Works well; has gotten expensive

The F10 has been very helpful to me. It seems more comfortable than other full-face masks. Prices have increased dramatically over the last few years for the same product, so I have gone from monthly replacements to once every 2 months. While I can tell a difference after 60 days, they hold up pretty well. The plastic cushions become soft and I experience more leaks by the end of 60 days.

comfortable but flimsy

The plastic pieces that join the headgear to the mask are rather flimsy. I've had these break a couple of times.

No Prescription Needed

So this is an awesome feature for me, did not need to get a prescription sent in to order this mask. Buying headgear separate at check-out works for me. Thanks 1800CPAP for making my life easier.
