Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, mask parts do not require a prescription for purchase. Often
you can prolong the life of your CPAP mask by replacing the headgear, a great
cost savings!

How Do I Know Which Headgear Size to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the correct model and size
of replacement mask headgear. 1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard headgear
size, some offer different sizes. 2.) Once a headgear has been opened from the original
packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the headgear labeled
in the fabric, be sure to check there first. Not sure? Feel free to use our
live chat to speak with an agent for assistance.

How Often Should I Replace My Headgear?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months,
however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will
be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Headgear?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most headgear straps is to handwash and
let air dry. DO NOT PUT HEADGEAR IN DRYER. It is important to clean your headgear
weekly to remove oils, makeup or dirt that can lead to mask leaks.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a CPAP mask headgear is
A7035.

F10 works way better than the F20 for me.

I have used the F10 for years. I have accidentally purchased the F20 by mistake and I don't like it nearly as much. I hope they keep making it. It has a better seal for me. I like the feel of the mask material better. I switched to this when it first came out. I switched from the Quartaro.

Sleeper in the sleep world....

Listen. I do mask fits for a living. They replaced this mask with the F20, but there is still a real place for these. I like them better because of their light weight, and superior elbow fitting. These put a LOT less pressure on your face than the F20, and I wish they still made these in Extra Small! Also, if you have a pacemaker, use of these, not the F20. Magnets are contraindicated with pacemakers.

Works well; has gotten expensive

The F10 has been very helpful to me. It seems more comfortable than other full-face masks. Prices have increased dramatically over the last few years for the same product, so I have gone from monthly replacements to once every 2 months. While I can tell a difference after 60 days, they hold up pretty well. The plastic cushions become soft and I experience more leaks by the end of 60 days.

comfortable but flimsy

The plastic pieces that join the headgear to the mask are rather flimsy. I've had these break a couple of times.
