Fisher Paykel Simplus Full Face Mask Kit

The Simplus full face CPAP mask kit is a sleep apnea interface that covers both the nose and mouth to allow the user to breathe through either. This Simplus full face mask kit offers the headgear option add-on to make it a complete CPAP mask system. It has a minimal number of parts to clean with easy reassembly using the easy-clip seal. The Simplus uses a one size frame that fits all three seal sizes, (S, M, L). All theses components are designed to work in harmony. In combination, these components offer the comfort, seal and easy use features that Fisher Paykel Healthcare masks are known for.

Special Features

  • Easy Frame - The Fisher and Paykel CPAP mask is easy to wear, see through and sleep. This low-profile frame is stable, durable, small and ensures a clear line of sight allowing you to read or watch TV. This is a one-frame-fits-all seal size and has an easy-clip frame attachment for effortless assembly after cleaning. The ball and socket elbow rotates for freedom of movement reducing drag on the tube.
  • (Optional) ErgoForm Headgear - Stretch and non-stretch panels provide structure and support for optimal usability and performance. This breathable Simplus full face mask headgear self-locates high on the rear of the head allowing for maximum head movement (side-to-side, up and down) without mask movement.
  • Easy Attachment - Embedded Velcro Tabs have Clip Hooks that enable fast fitting and removal. This means getting up in the middle of the night will not be a hassle!
  • RollFit Seal - The Simplus full face mask is auto-adjusting to optimize an effective, comfortable seal. The one piece seal rolls back and forth on the bridge of the nose. This automatic adjustment minimizes pressure on the bridge of the nose.
  • Quiet - The advanced air diffuser is designed for minimal noise and draft.

What Style of CPAP Mask is This?

This is a full face style CPAP mask. These masks use a silicone cushion that provides a seal around the
nose and mouth to allow the user to breathe through both.

Will This Brand
of CPAP Mask Work with My CPAP or Bi-Level Machine?

Most CPAP masks are designed
to be universal and will work with any manufacturer. Example: Your Philips
Respironics CPAP mask will work with your ResMed CPAP machine. The masks are
also designed to fit any brand of standard 22mm CPAP tubing. The exception to
the rule will be for certain travel CPAP machines like the ResMed AirMini
whereas special masks and connectors are needed.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a full face CPAP mask
is A7030 and A7035

How Often Should I Replace This Mask?

This will depend on how well you clean and maintain your
CPAP mask. The typical lifespan for the complete mask is 3-12 months based on
care. The cushion seal and headgear should be replaced every 1-3 months based
on wear and tear. Signs to replace will include noticeable mask leakage and/or
discoloration.

How Do I Clean This Mask?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most CPAP masks is to clean with mild
soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion seal daily
to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks. Your headgear
strap should be cleaned by hand weekly and left to dry by room air.
