Product Description

The Fisher Paykel Simplus replacement mask headgear uses ErgoForm technology that is breathable and ergonomically designed to self locate on the rear of your head. This gives you unrestricted head movement, sideways, and up & down. The ErgoForm headgear is designed with stretch and non-stretch panels allowing stretch where it is required, holding it's shape and provides stability for the best performance. The Embedded Velcro® Tabs with easy clip hooks, makes it fast and easy to fit and remove. The adjustable Crown Strap enhances mask stability.

Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, mask parts do not require a prescription for purchase. Often
you can prolong the life of your CPAP mask by replacing the headgear, a great
cost savings!

How Do I Know Which Headgear Size to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the correct model and size
of replacement mask headgear. 1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard headgear
size, some offer different sizes. 2.) Once a headgear has been opened from the original
packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the headgear labeled
in the fabric, be sure to check there first. Not sure? Feel free to use our

How Often Should I Replace My Headgear?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months,
however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will
be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Headgear?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most headgear straps is to handwash and
let air dry. DO NOT PUT HEADGEAR IN DRYER. It is important to clean your headgear
weekly to remove oils, makeup or dirt that can lead to mask leaks.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a CPAP mask headgear is
A7035.

Good mask but straps wear quickly my nozzle insert broke on mask but I move a lot in sleep mode👃👀🧠

Not sure how it all works but I can move around alot and the headgear seems to stay in place giving me more freedom. The strap at the top gives it a lot of stability. Just reordered.

Great headgear but you do have to replace them once in a while. Didn't realize how stretched out my old one was till I replaced it with the new. Good fit once again.

This mask has everything you need, the price is great considering you also get the 3 cushions to take the guess work out of which cushion size fits the best. like this mask so far, easy to adjust and doesn't feel heavy on my face. Best Full Face Mask

Don't usually take the time to write a review, but feel I owe one for this mask. Just to keep it short and to the point, this mask is the best I've used so far for a full face. Stays in place, the cushion feels great against my nose, good seal. Highly recommend this mask if you are a mouth breather. Oh and no RX needed!
