Pico Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear Fit Pack

Philips Respironics created the Pico Nasal CPAP mask with simplicity, comfort and a great seal in mind. The Pico is the lightest and smallest traditional nasal mask on the market for the treatment of sleep apnea and snoring. A nasal style mask covers the outside of the nose only as opposed to nasal pillows that are inserts in to the nostrils. The "Fit Pack" name means it contains all size options for the user to find the right seal for the perfect fit.

The Pico has been shown to fit 98% of users making it a very simple mask to use. The minimally invasive design and superior seal delivers comfort and performance, giving you the freedom to read or watch television. The headgear included with this is a standard size. If you require a smaller headgear there is a reduced size (RS) however it must be purchased separate.

Special Features

  • Minimal Contact: The Pico mask has a low-profile with a minimalist frame that reduces facial contact and eliminates the need for a wide, hard forehead support.
  • Forehead Support: This mask has no traditional forehead support, the soft headgear loops through the top of the frame creates a small, ultra-soft, adjustable forehead support at the top of the mask.
  • Pico Cushions: The dual-wall design features an inner wall that seals softly against the face and an outer wall that provides support and stability. Pico cushions are available in three sizes -- small-medium, large & extra large.
  • Headgear: The slim headgear is soft and slim with quick release clips, for easy application and removal, and four convenient velcro adjustment points. Two headgear sizes are available, Standard and Reduced Size. All mask come with the standard headgear, Reduced Size (RS) is sold separately.

Most CPAP masks are designed to be universal and will work with any manufacturer. Example: Your Philips

This?

network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a nasal CPAP mask is A7034 and A7035.

How Often Should I Replace This Mask?

This will depend on how well you clean and maintain your
CPAP mask. The typical lifespan for the complete mask is 3-12 months based on care. The cushion seal and headgear should be replaced every 1-3 months based on wear and tear. Signs to replace will include noticeable mask leakage and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean This Mask?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with your mask system. The rule of thumb for most CPAP masks is to clean with mild soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion seal daily to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks. Your headgear strap should be cleaned by hand weekly and left to dry by room air.
