Pico Replacement Headgear

This Product DOES NOT Require a Prescription

Product Description

The Philips Respironics Pico nasal CPAP mask offers two sizes of headgear straps, the standard and the reduced size. This mask uses 2 mask clips (sold separate) that attach to the mask frame and the top two strap are Velcro adjustable. The reduced size option is recommended for users with smaller facial profiles. When your mask strap begins to loose elasticity and you are having trouble keeping a good mask seal this is an indicator to replace. For best cleaning results you should hand wash and let air dry.

Are Headgear Clips Included with My Purchase?

Headgear clips are not included with this product.

Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, mask parts do not require a prescription for purchase. Often
you can prolong the life of your CPAP mask by replacing the headgear, a great
cost savings!

How Do I Know Which Headgear Size to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the correct model and size
of replacement mask headgear. 1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard headgear
size, some offer different sizes. 2.) Once a headgear has been opened from the original
packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the headgear labeled
in the fabric, be sure to check there first. Not sure? Feel free to use our
live chat to speak with an agent for assistance.

How Often Should I Replace My Headgear?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months,
however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will
be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Headgear?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most headgear straps is to handwash and
let air dry. DO NOT PUT HEADGEAR IN DRYER. It is important to clean your headgear
weekly to remove oils, makeup or dirt that can lead to mask leaks.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a CPAP mask headgear is
A7035.

Decent

I really like that this mask is lite weight, but the forehead support tends to move around on my forehead.

Comfortable

I chose this mask system after 5 different nasal and pillow style masks. This one offered the most comfort of the 5 I tried. I recommended this to anyone especially women with smaller faces.

Very Light

This mask fits great, the small/medium cushion size is a great fit for me. The headgear is also soft and easy to attach to the frame. Good buy
