Special Features and Benefits

  • Minimal Contact - The soft-knit material on the headgear provides comfortable support during sleep and reduces the risk of leaving unsightly red marks once removed. The Evora headgear minimizes the contact between the mask and your skin by up to 64%! This is most beneficial to users who suffer from sensitive skin or have allergies to certain material.
  • Snapback Design - The Evora incorporates the world's first CapFit headgear which is optional in this CPAP mask kit. This exclusive design makes it easier to quickly slide your CPAP mask on and off each night with little effort. In fact, in a recent study by Fisher & Paykel, 98% of patients who tried the Evora Mask stated how easy it is to take on and off in the dark! Lastly, the Evora headgear only comes in 1 size making the process of reordering even more convenient!
  • Sleep Quietly - Laser-drilled exhaust holes in the mask frame minimize noise for you and your bed partner as you sleep. In turn, this ensures you and your family can sleep peacefully throughout the night. Choose from 4 nasal cushion sizes: Small, Medium, Large, and Wide. We even offer a convenient fit pack option if you are looking for the best fit the first night!
  • Freedom of Movement - The compact nasal seal rests gently under your nose to create a comfortable, unobtrusive fit, while the flexible short tube holds your mask in place. These cushions are designed with stability wings on the sides used to secure your fit and reduce the risk of your mask leaking. At the same time, the soft floating seal sits under your nose to give you minimal contact between the silicone and your skin; this is perfect if you have sensitive skin or regularly suffer from painful skin irritation. Move freely as you search for the most comfortable sleeping position without the hassle of losing your mask seal!

What Style of CPAP Mask is This?

This is a nasal style CPAP mask. These masks are the most prescribed and uses a triangle shaped
silicone cushion that seals around the outside of the nose only.

Will This Brand
of CPAP Mask Work with My CPAP or Bi-Level Machine?

Most CPAP masks are designed
to be universal and will work with any manufacturer. Example: Your Philips
Respironics CPAP mask will work with your ResMed CPAP machine. The masks are
also designed to fit any brand of standard 22mm CPAP tubing. The exception to
the rule will be for certain travel CPAP machines like the ResMed AirMini
whereas special masks and connectors are needed.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a nasal CPAP mask is
A7034 and A7035

How Often Should I Replace This Mask?

This will depend on how well you clean and maintain your
CPAP mask. The typical lifespan for the complete mask is 3-12 months based on
care. The cushion seal and headgear should be replaced every 1-3 months based
on wear and tear. Signs to replace will include noticeable mask leakage and/or
discoloration.

How Do I Clean This Mask?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is
included with your mask system. The rule of thumb for most CPAP masks is to
clean with mild soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your
cushion seal daily to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks.
Your headgear strap should be cleaned by hand weekly and left to dry by room
air.

THE BEST

This mask is the best mask that I have tried. The way that it cradles the nose it really doesn't feel like your ever wearing a mask. I also like that it comes with all sizes so that you can find that perfect fit.

Excellent and gentle seal for back sleepers

By far the best mask I have ever used. It's gentle, the least obtrusive, and seals great - although I pretty much stay on my back throughout the night. I also use mouth tape as I'm a mouth breather (I could never get the full masks to work right either). It's important to keep the hose positioned straight down from your nose with no torque caused by the hose hanging down from the machine and back up the side of the bed - this can cause flow limitations and pressure variations. Maybe for those who shift around in your sleep you can clip the hose to your chest to minimize movement? Just a thought.

Great, comfortable nasal mask.

Have tried atleast 5 other masks and different brands. The EVORA is the best I've found. I can not handle a full face mask and the nasal mask that have to stick in your nostrils. This pillow lays under the nose and almost feels like you don't even have a mask on.

Causes whiteheads and blemishes on the nose

The mask causes multiple whiteheads in the crease along the side of the nose and sometimes along the top. It is from the air and moisture constantly blowing and slipping up from the sides of the nasal cushion and somehow gets under the skin. In the morning it can take an hour for the skin on my nose to release all the moisture that has collected under the skin - it is puffy, weeps and is very unattractive.
