Eson Nasal CPAP Mask Cushion

This Product DOES NOT Require a Prescription

Product Description

The Fisher and Paykel Eson nasal CPAP mask provides the user with the ability of a perfect fit like no other nasal mask on the market. The Eson CPAP mask cushion has the RollFit technology designed by Fisher and Paykel. The RollFit technology allows the mask cushion to roll back and forth on the bridge of the nose which automatically seals to your face based upon the facial structure and tightness of the headgear straps.

The Eson CPAP mask cushion RollFit technology reduces the pressure on the bridge of the nose where most CPAP masks cause irritation and soreness on the bridge. The rolling back and forth maximizes your comfort while keeping the prefect seal of your mask while treating your sleep apnea.

3 Major Components:

The three major components are the (1.) RollFit Seal, (2.) ErgoFit headgear and (3.) easy frame which work in harmony with one another to make your seal. These three major components deliver your comfort, seal and ease of use that the Fisher and Paykel masks are well known to provide.

1. RollFit Seal is as suggested above the ability of the CPAP Mask cushion to roll back and forth maximizing comfort and seal.

2. ErgoFit Headgear is a breathable, ergonomically designed headgear that has been made to fit high on the rear of the head which allows for head movement sideways or up and down.

3. Easy Frame is a low profile frame which is extremely stable, durable, small and also ensures a clear line of site with the mask on your face. The Easy Frame allows for any of the Eson CPAP Mask Cushions to be used as the frame is a one size fits all cushions. The Eson CPAP Mask Frame also has Easy Clip attachments so that your ErgoFit Headgear can be detached from the mask without adjusting the headgear. This is a great feature for when you need to remove your mask, but do not want to have to re-adjust the fit you had the previous night. The Easy Frame also has a Q cover which is responsible for the quietness of the Eson CPAP Mask and also minimizes the draft of exhalation towards your partner sleeping next to you in bed. The Ball and Socket Elbow rotates and allows for complete freedom of movement while reducing the drag of a CPAP Tube.

Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, CPAP mask parts and accessories do not require a
prescription for purchase. Often you can prolong the life of your CPAP mask by
replacing the cushion seals and headgear, a great cost savings!

How Do I Know Which Size Cushion to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the size of replacement mask
cushion seal for a few reasons. 1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard frame
size, some offer different sizes. 2.) Once a cushion has been opened from the original
packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the cushion
labeled some place on your current mask, be sure to check there first. Not
sure? Feel free to use our live chat to speak with an agent for assistance.

Is This Cushion Seal Latex Free?

Yes, all CPAP mask cushions we
sell are latex free. Most cushion seals are made from soft silicone material.
For CPAP users that experience discomfort from silicone cushions there are some
masks that use cloth or memory foam material. Feel free to speak with one of
our customer service agents to find out more.

How Often Should I Replace This Cushion Seal?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months,
however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will
be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Cushion Seal?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most mask cushion seals is to clean
with mild soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion
seal daily to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks.

I Want to Submit an Insurance Claim. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a nasal or full-face
cushion is A7032. For pillow cushion styles you should use HCPC code A0733.

good headgear but velcro gets weak

I have used this mask style for over 3 years. It is easy to use and adjust. My biggest issue with the product is that the Velcro weakens and stops sticking. I have had to replace 2 headgears because of Velcro no longer sticking.

Good but has a serious design flaw

For general fit, this CPAP mask works well but the plastic prongs holding the top of the head gear are too weak. I turn over a lot in my sleep and in 4 months I've broken 3 different prongs.

Comfortable Nasal mask

Haven't been using this mask long but I will still rate it with 5 stars. So much better then the nasal pillow mask I was using. The cushion makes it much more comfortable . Also so easy to adjust . Fits great, I do recommend this mask.

Light and easy

Great all around nasal mask, really seals good and easy to take apart and clean. Light on my face. Added the headgear at check-out without a prescription! Good Deal

I Use Both

I use the Eson and Eson 2 and I prefer the cushion of the Eson 2. This company makes good quality masks but if you are choosing between the 2 then go with Eson 2.
