The ResMed AirTouch™ F30i Clear is a full face CPAP mask that uses a special silicone coated fabric cushion seal. The Clear version is very similar to the original F30i with exception to the ComfiSoft cushion seal. This latest model full face CPAP mask is designed to deliver comfort with a perfect seal. The ComfiSoft™ cushion with AdaptiSeal™ technology is designed to feel soft around your mouth.

The AirTouch F30i™ Clear is crafted to provide a gentle seal, easy fit, and dependable performance, making it excellent for nightly therapy. Its soft, breathable cushion helps keep your skin cool, and the flexible seal adjusts to your facial movements to ensure a secure fit throughout the night.

No matter how you sleep—on your side, stomach, or moving around—the AirTouch F30i Clear adapts to you. Its top-of-head tube and 360-degree rotating elbow keep tubing out of the way and prevent it from tugging on the mask.

What Style of CPAP Mask is This?

This is a full face style CPAP mask. This mask uses a silicone coated fabric cushion that provides a seal around the nose and mouth to allow the user to breathe through both.

Will This Brand of Mask Work with Machine?

Most CPAP masks are designed to be universal and will work with any manufacturer. Example: Your Philips Respironics CPAP mask will work with your ResMed CPAP machine. The masks are also designed to fit any brand of standard 22mm CPAP tubing. The exception to the rule will be for certain travel CPAP machines like the ResMed AirMini whereas special masks and connectors are needed.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a full face CPAP mask is A7030 and A7035.

How Often Should I Replace This Mask?

This will depend on how well you clean and maintain your CPAP mask. The typical lifespan for the complete mask is 3-12 months based on care. The fabric cushion seal should be replaced every 30 days or as needed. The headgear should be replaced every 1-3 months based on wear and tear. Signs to replace will include noticeable mask leakage and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean This Mask?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with your mask system. The rule of thumb for most CPAP masks is to clean with mild soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion seal daily to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks. Your headgear strap should be cleaned by hand weekly and left to dry by room air.
