The pillow cushions come in 3 different sizes, small, medium and large allowing you to properly fit to your facial structure. The pillows are designed to rest against the outer rim of the nostril. It is NOT designed to be inserted into the nose and when fitting the pillow for use, it should fully rest on the nose with no gaps.
