Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, mask parts do not require a prescription for purchase. Often
you can prolong the life of your CPAP mask by replacing the headgear, a great
cost savings!

How Do I Know Which Headgear Size to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the correct model and size
of replacement mask headgear. 1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard headgear
size, some offer different sizes. 2.) Once a headgear has been opened from the original
packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the headgear labeled
in the fabric, be sure to check there first. Not sure? Feel free to use our
live chat to speak with an agent for assistance.

How Often Should I Replace My Headgear?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months,
however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will
be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Headgear?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most headgear straps is to handwash and
let air dry. DO NOT PUT HEADGEAR IN DRYER. It is important to clean your headgear
weekly to remove oils, makeup or dirt that can lead to mask leaks.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a CPAP mask headgear is
A7035.

Siesta Full Face

It fits well, is quiet and doesn’t cause irritation on my face. The cushion does pop out of the frame easily when removing but it’s a quick fix. Works well for me and would recommend.

Comfortable mask

This mask is comfortable, stays in place once adjusted and has little to no leaks. It did take some time to get used to it because the headgear is a little larger than what I’m used to. If I don’t tighten it enough it will leak, and air will blow near my eyes. Besides that, I do like the mask and will purchase it again.
