Philips Respironics Performance Hose - 6FT

This Product DOES NOT Require a Prescription

Product Description

The Premium Performance Tubing by Philips Respironics is used with any CPAP or BiPAP machine. The tubing is lightweight and flexible while relieving typical tugging, pulling, and the tangling that some users experience with their hose. The tubing has rubber cuffs at each end that will work with any CPAP or Bi-Level machine, Heated Humidifiers and any CPAP Mask.

Respironics Performance Tubing is lighter than standard tubing and many times more flexible, making it the perfect choice for smaller, lightweight masks that have easily disturbed seals.

Special Features

Corrugated exterior allows for max flexibility. A smooth interior allows for proper cleaning and reducing the chance of soap or water being left in the tube while drying.

Will This CPAP Hose Tubing Work with Any CPAP Brand?

Yes, standard CPAP hose tubing is made to work with any CPAP
brand. We define standard as a 6ft length with 22 mm cuffs at each end. This is
the standard tube that is universal to all CPAP machines. The only exception
would be for travel CPAP machines that require a special connector.

Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, CPAP machine parts such as tubing, water chamber and
filters do not require a prescription for purchase.

Is this CPAP Hose Tubing Heated?

No. These CPAP hose tubes are not heated. if your CPAP or
bi-level machine uses heated hose tubing, please shop our selection of heated
tubes specific to your model. If you need assistance, please contact our
customer service department.

How Often Should I Replace My CPAP Tubing?

Your CPAP hose tubing should be replaced every 6-12 months
or if it develops any type of leak during use. Proper maintenance and care will
promote a longer lifespan of your CPAP hose. Please refer to your manual for
cleaning and replacement instructions

How Do I Clean My CPAP Tubing?

CPAP tubing should be cleaned at least once a week using mild
soap. It is best to submerge your hose in soapy water and thoroughly rinse. It
is best to let it air dry.  A helpful tip
is to hang it over your shower rod and let it drip dry. There are tube brush
cleaners available to get the hard-to-reach places of your tubing.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a standard CPAP hose is
A7037.

HUGE DIFFERENCE USING A HOSE MADE FOR MY PHILIPS RESPIRONICS SYSTEM ONE A FLEX

I could not believe the HUGE difference using this hose made for me. Before this I had purchased other, one size fits all, hoses. Some were thin and longer and others were short and fat. Even though I had been losing weight and my settings decreased on my machine I did not realize how much impact the hose had on pressure. The thin and long one size fits all hoses made me feel as if I wasn't getting enough air and the fat shorter ones was like being in a wind tunnel even on a low ramp up setting. I seriously have not sleep this good in years. My advice is buy parts specific to your model (OEM if you can get them). It has made a huge difference for me. I use a Philips Respironics System One A Flex machine.
