Opus 360 Silicone Pillows by Fisher and Paykel

This is the replacement nasal pillow cushion seal for the Fisher Paykel Opus 360 nasal pillow CPAP mask. This mask is small, quiet and superbly comfortable, offering unprecedented freedom. The slim-line design allows for almost any sleeping position without mask displacement. Its innovative 360-degree pivoting ball-and-socket elbow provides greater versatility. With its new silicone pillows and facially contoured mask frame for extra stability, patient comfort is paramount.

The nasal pillows are designed to rest under your nose and use the outer rim of the nostril to make a seal. The tip of the pillows will be inserted into the nostril and the outer rim of the pillow uses the outer rim of your nostril to give you a perfect seal.

Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, CPAP mask parts and accessories do not require a prescription for purchase. Often you can prolong the life of your CPAP mask by replacing the cushion seals and headgear, a great cost savings!

How Do I Know Which Size Cushion to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the size of replacement mask cushion seal for a few reasons.

1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard frame size, some offer different sizes.

2.) Once a cushion has been opened from the original packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the cushion labeled some place on your current mask, be sure to check there first.

Is This Cushion Seal Latex Free?

Yes, all CPAP mask cushions we sell are latex free. Most cushion seals are made from soft silicone material. For CPAP users that experience discomfort from silicone cushions there are some masks that use cloth or memory foam material. How Often Should I Replace This Cushion Seal?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months, however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Cushion Seal?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with your mask system. The rule of thumb for most mask cushion seals is to clean with mild soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion seal daily to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks.

I Want to Submit an Insurance Claim. Can I Do This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a nasal or full-face cushion is A7032. For pillow cushion styles you should use HCPC code A0733.
