The Numa full face CPAP mask is a new interface by React Health prescribed for the treatment of sleep apnea and snoring. The Numa is soft and lightweight with ultra-quiet ventilation plus a self adjusting forehead pad for easy use. The mask uses a plastic body with a silicone seal that touches gently on your face with an adjustable pad that rests on your forehead.

What Style of CPAP Mask is This?

This is a full face style CPAP mask. These masks use a silicone cushion that provides a seal around the
nose and mouth to allow the user to breathe through both.

Will This Brand
of CPAP Mask Work with My CPAP or Bi-Level Machine?

Most CPAP masks are designed
to be universal and will work with any manufacturer. Example: Your Philips
Respironics CPAP mask will work with your ResMed CPAP machine. The masks are
also designed to fit any brand of standard 22mm CPAP tubing. The exception to
the rule will be for certain travel CPAP machines like the ResMed AirMini
whereas special masks and connectors are needed.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a full face CPAP mask
is A7030 and A7035

How Often Should I Replace This Mask?

This will depend on how well you clean and maintain your
CPAP mask. The typical lifespan for the complete mask is 3-12 months based on
care. The cushion seal and headgear should be replaced every 1-3 months based
on wear and tear. Signs to replace will include noticeable mask leakage and/or
discoloration.

How Do I Clean This Mask?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most CPAP masks is to clean with mild
soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion seal daily
to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks. Your headgear
strap should be cleaned by hand weekly and left to dry by room air.

Horrible fit

Don’t waste your money on this mask, it SUCKS! Doesn’t seal properly and makes a loud noise while exhaling. I tried various tension on the straps and numerous methods to stop the serious air leaking on the sides but nothing worked. Terrible product.

Very Poor Design

This has an exceptionally poor design requiring the user to hook the headgear into place, rather than simply clipping in when you are ready to use. Getting the mask off is equally troublesome, again you have to find the hooks to unhook and the only way to really manage the on/off process is to reset the sizing each time by unlatching the Velcro. Avoid this, this is garbage.
