Luna G3 Replacement Humidifier Chamber

The replacement water chamber is compatible with the Luna G3 CPAP and Bi-Level devices. This humidifier chamber is accessible on the side of the machine to easily fill up. Clearly labeled with a Max fill-up line, React Health maintains ease of use in all its products! Approximately 360mL of water can be held in the water inlet chamber.

In order to receive the full benefits of sleep therapy, a CPAP supply needs replacement on a regular basis.

Cleaning Process

React Health designed the Luna G3 Series  to be simple to maintain. First, open the cap of the water chamber which is next to the "Max" fill line. Once opened wash out with liquid dish soap to remove any possible build-up. The use of a lint-free cloth may be needed to reach every corner of the tub while being careful not to cause damage to the water chamber. Lastly, rinse out the soap with water and dry with another cloth to ensure no soap remains. After completing this process, you may need to allow the water chamber to air dry to fully remove all residue.

Can I Use Tap Water to Fill My CPAP Humidifier Water Tank?

It is recommended to always use distilled water for your CPAP humidifier. Bottled or tap water contains harsh minerals that can cause buildup and damage your equipment.

How Often Should I Fill the CPAP Water Tank?

The frequency to fill or change your water can be dependent on multiple factors including time of year and your machine settings. Typically, in summer months you will notice the use of your air conditioner may slow the rate of your CPAP water use while wintertime will make you fill it daily.

How do I Clean the Water Chamber Tank?

You should clean the water chamber regularly. A good method is to wash it with a solution of mild dish soap and warm water, then rinse it thoroughly. You can also soak it in a solution of one part white vinegar to two parts water for 10 minutes before rinsing well.

Why is it Important to Clean My CPAP Equipment?

Bacteria and mold build up is possible if the right CPAP cleaning procedures are ignored. Failure to clean or replace your supplies can lead to illness.
