The "no flex" wheels have urethane rear tires for added durability. With a dual-axle system, the seat can be converted from 19.5" to 17.5" hemi height. The flip-back, padded arms are desk-length, making it easy to maneuver closer to a desk or table. The 14-gauge cross braces provide strength, and the dual-embossed upholstery adds reinforcement.
