Disposable Filters for Fisher & Paykel SleepStyle 200 & 600 Series Machines

This Products DOES NOT Require a Prescription

Product Description

Purchase this 2 pack of filters designed for the older style of Fisher Paykel SleepStyle CPAP Machines and will NOT work with the newly released SleepStyle CPAP. Over time, your filters will accumulate dust and pollen causing the machine have to work harder to produce your required air pressure prescription. If they are not replaced on a regular basis some of the debris can find its way into the machine and cause damage to the device resulting in needing to purchase a new unit. We recommend replacing these disposable filters every 1-3 months unless you notice a build-up of dust requiring you to change these filters sooner.

Not sure if these filters will fit your device? Review the list below of compatible CPAP Machines for these replacement filters.

Compatible CPAP Machines

These disposable filters will ONLY work for the following SleepStyle CPAP Machines:

  • HC231
  • HC232
  • HC233
  • HC234
  • HC254
  • HC600
  • HC604

Included With This Purchase

  • (1) 2 pack of Disposable Filters

Recommended Replacement Schedule

  • Cushion: Every 1-3 Months (or as needed)
  • Headgear: Every 3-6 Months (or as needed)
  • Filter: Every 1-3 Months (or as needed if noticeable build up)
  • Tube Hose: Every 1-3 Months (or as needed)

How Often Should I Replace My Filters?

To make sure that the air quality you breathe during the
night is high and safe, you need to replace or clean the CPAP filters
periodically. If you have pets, have someone in your home who smokes, or have a
wood-burning stove, you will need to replace the filters more regularly. Disposable
CPAP filters should be replaced every 1-3 months. You cannot reuse them. You
will want to change the disposable in-line bacteria filters every 30 days.

Reusable filters should be replaced every 12-24 months depending
on routine maintenance.

How Do I Clean My Machine Filter?

Unless your machine uses a reusable filter, it is recommended
to dispose of the CPAP filter and not attempt to clean and reuse. Disposable filters
are typically made of a thin white material and should be disposed/replaced
when noticeable build up can be seen or it has been 3 months. Reusable filters
are made of foam-like material and can be cleaned by hand and left to air dry.

I Want to Submit a Self-Claim to My Insurance. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for disposable CPAP
filters is A7038. The HCPC code for reusable CPAP filters is A7039.

Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, machine and mask parts do not require a prescription for
purchase. Often you can prolong the life of your CPAP machine by replacing your
CPAP filter on a frequent basis!
