ComfortGel Full Blue Replacement Cushion and Flap

The ComfortGel Blue Full Face CPAP mask has replaced the original Respironics ComfortGel full. Receive the same great feel and comfort of the original with improved technology for stability. This alternative gel cushion fits on the Gel and Gel Blue full face mask system.

Similar to the original, the ComfortGel Blue continues to use a dual, gel cushion and silicone flap system. The gel is now softer and conforms to your face with greater ease. Use the separate silicone membrane that snaps on, over the gel cushion, to increase the life of the cushion and provides a unique sure seal technology (SST), contouring a seal around the gel cushion and silicone cushion flap.

How Do I Know Which Size Cushion to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the size of replacement mask cushion seal for a few reasons.

1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard frame size, some offer different sizes.

2.) Once a cushion has been opened from the original packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the cushion labeled some place on your current mask, be sure to check there first.

Is This Cushion Seal Latex Free?

Yes, all CPAP mask cushions we sell are latex free. Most cushion seals are made from soft silicone material. For CPAP users that experience discomfort from silicone cushions there are some masks that use cloth or memory foam material. Feel free to speak with one of

How Often Should I Replace This Cushion Seal?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months, however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Cushion Seal?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with your mask system. The rule of thumb for most mask cushion seals is to clean with mild soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion seal daily to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks.

I Want to Submit an Insurance Claim. Can I Do This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a nasal or full-face cushion is A7032. For pillow cushion styles you should use HCPC code A0733.
