Yuwell BreathWear and AmeriFlex Full Face Cushion

Product Description

This is the replacement cushion seal for the AmeriFlex Comfort Full Face CPAP mask. This sleep apnea interface has been designed for ultimate comfort and to provide a stable airtight mask seal. The cushion covers both the nose an mouth to allow the user to breathe through both. The Comfort Full is a great option for people that are on high CPAP machine pressure or have trouble keeping the mouth closed during the night when air can escape.

The adaptive silicone technology provides a tight mask seal while maintaining durability. The Yuwell AmeriFlex is also available in a bundle pack option that included 2 additional cushions to have in case you need to replace one on short notice.

Features and Benefits

The mask seal snaps into place for easy removal or replacement. The hardest part on the face to get a tight mask seal is the bridge of the nose. The Yuwell full face features adaptive easy flex with a U-shaped feature. The adaptive silicone technology compresses creating an airtight seal without over-tightening.

  • 3-point mounting system with raised forehead support allows easy fitting and evenly balances forces from the headgear to create the best seal and greatest comfort.
  • 2-point quick release headgear clips allow for all the CPAP mask to be easily removed with just two quick movements and allows easy donning without adjusting the headgear.
  • The ultralight and thin headgear is easy to position and keeps your head cool throughout the night.
  • Quick release supply hose connection makes bathroom breaks a snap without removing the mask in the dark.
  • Mask venting is an ultra-quiet honeycomb design pattern that minimizes disturbances.

Do I Need a Prescription for This Product?

No, CPAP mask parts and accessories do not require a
prescription for purchase. Often you can prolong the life of your CPAP mask by
replacing the cushion seals and headgear, a great cost savings!

How Do I Know Which Size Cushion to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the size of replacement mask
cushion seal for a few reasons. 1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard frame
size, some offer different sizes. 2.) Once a cushion has been opened from the original
packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the cushion
labeled some place on your current mask, be sure to check there first. Not
sure? Feel free to use our live chat to speak with an agent for assistance.

Is This Cushion Seal Latex Free?

Yes, all CPAP mask cushions we
sell are latex free. Most cushion seals are made from soft silicone material.
For CPAP users that experience discomfort from silicone cushions there are some
masks that use cloth or memory foam material. Feel free to speak with one of
our customer service agents to find out more.

How Often Should I Replace This Cushion Seal?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months,
however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will
be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Cushion Seal?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most mask cushion seals is to clean
with mild soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion
seal daily to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks.

I Want to Submit an Insurance Claim. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a nasal or full-face
cushion is A7032. For pillow cushion styles you should use HCPC code A0733.

A must try! You won't be disappointed!

Love this mask! I've probably tried every full face mask out there is this is by far THE BEST! The way they've designed the bridge of the nose is genius so that is does not leak. I also like that it does not leak when my jaw relaxes while I'm asleep because there is a little extra room in the edge. With 2 extra cushions, this is a steal.

Comfortable Mask and headgear

Comfortable and sturdy mask. The headgear is light so it doesn’t make me too hot. It’s also easy to remove in the night when getting up to use the bathroom. I had to tighten the headgear the first few nights due to leaking but haven’t had a problem since.

Effective and affordable

It took a few nights to get adjusted to using this mask as I was using a different style but now that I have, it’s great. It’s comfortable, creates a good seal and stays in place all night even when moving around. Added bonus, it’ affordable!

A Great Design

I have a full beard ~1 foot long, and this is the first mask that hasn't leaked or blown air in my eyes. The maskfit ar free app on my phone scanned my face and recommended this mask in a medium, I used the sizing guide and ordered a large, and after a couple nights I can say it is the best fit - no sores on my nose like the F20, no having to overtighten the bottom strap like the F30. Top piece of the headgear doesn't slip around on my head like the vitera. The mask still fits when I yawn and roll on my side. The one annoying thing is that it is a little harder to connect it than the resmed masks. Lack of magnets could be a good thing, depending. We'll see how it is doing after a couple more days but so far this has been the best mask I have tried (there are at least 8 different masks in my collection now :-( )
