The AirFit P10 and P10 for Her nasal pillow CPAP masks made by ResMed use a single strap headgear to secure the mask in place. The headgear uses a clip to tighten the strap to avoid mask leak. This is a 2 pack of headgear clips that can be used with either model.

Almost Perfection

I agree with Mario in that the strap at its maximum length is too tight. Strap needs to be available in a longer length for larger heads.

4 1/2 star

I would give it a 4 1/2 star, only down side is no adjustability. A bit pricey but all in all comfort makes up for it.

MY FAVORITE MASK So far

I have used this mask for 8 months and it is by far the most comfortable. There is a cincher (sp?) that comes with the head gear so that you can tighten it up. I think most people forget to use it but it is really helpful

Perfect Fit

Fits me perfect. Took a few weeks to get use to it but sleep like a log now.😃

Not the best.

Not well designed or good materials. Somehow holds the nasal pillow mask in place even though it acts as though not divided, and like a single strap. How do you get it off the mask? I managed to get three years out of one, but rotated with two other masks and had to sew up the headgear cloth as it's deteriorated. Also seems mighty pricey for a thin piece of stretchy cloth with two small clips attached.
