No, CPAP mask parts and accessories do not require a
prescription for purchase. Often you can prolong the life of your CPAP mask by
replacing the cushion seals and headgear, a great cost savings!

How Do I Know Which Size Cushion to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the size of replacement mask
cushion seal for a few reasons. 1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard frame
size, some offer different sizes. 2.) Once a cushion has been opened from the original
packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the cushion
labeled some place on your current mask, be sure to check there first. Not
sure? Feel free to use our live chat to speak with an agent for assistance.

Is This Cushion Seal Latex Free?

Yes, all CPAP mask cushions we
sell are latex free. Most cushion seals are made from soft silicone material.
For CPAP users that experience discomfort from silicone cushions there are some
masks that use cloth or memory foam material. Feel free to speak with one of
our customer service agents to find out more.

How Often Should I Replace This Cushion Seal?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months,
however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will
be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Cushion Seal?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with
your mask system. The rule of thumb for most mask cushion seals is to clean
with mild soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion
seal daily to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks.

I Want to Submit an Insurance Claim. Can I Do
This?

In most cases you can submit a claim form for an out-of-net
network provider. You may receive reimbursement back from your provider
depending on your coverage and co-pay. The HCPC code for a nasal or full-face
cushion is A7032. For pillow cushion styles you should use HCPC code A0733.

Quality Issues with N30 mask system

I have had 3 ResMed AirFit 30 mask systems since I started using CPAP in Sept 2022. The first issues was the headgear separated after a short period, which was replaced. The second issue was the tubing that connects from the machine to the headgear had a hole in the tubing near the connection after 2 weeks of use. It seems to be manufactured with a bend at that particular point which makes it vulnerable to tear. The third mask system had a leak (tear) in the white hose that connects to the gray hose after about 1 month. I think this is ridiculous since the product runs $100.00. It should not tear so easily; giving way to leaks. I use the ozone CPAP cleaner once/week and take very good care of my equipment. I think there is a quality problem with the mask system; at least for me - three times! I'm wondering if it is manufactured purposely with these issues so you have to replace parts every month.

Best and Softest mask ever.

I fell in love with this mask. It is soft and I can even sleep on my side. I have no mask air leaks. It is quiet and easy to breath in. I would recommend this mask in a heartbeat. In fact I bought one for my mother and now one for my brother because my mother loves hers that I got her and said to send one to my brother. and also my niece asked me because she hated her other CPAP and mask before and now I got her on this mask and now she loves her CPAP and loves the mask and like me since I switched to this mask . I /we look forward to wearing it when I going to bed. Where with other masks before I would always avoid my mask and CPAP. Not now. I love wearing this mask and look forward to putting it on to sleep. it makes a huge difference and is so very comfortable, soft and non confining. Best part it hugs your nose softly and doesn't have to go up in your nose at all.
