TrueBlue CPAP Mask Cushion

The Philips Respironics TrueBlue CPAP Mask Cushions is a blue/white silicone seal that attaches to the mask frame. The premium blue gel works in conjunction with the thin and form fitting outer silicone seal creating a self adjusting seal which has been proven to be extremely effective and comfortable. The silicone seal or silicone membrane has a free form spring that allows you to move in any direction and keep your perfect fit. Due to this ability for movement, you can achieve a better night of sleep because of less disturbance from the leak of a cushion.

How Do I Know Which Size Cushion to Buy?

It is very important to confirm the size of replacement mask cushion seal for a few reasons.

1.) While most CPAP masks use a standard frame size, some offer different sizes.

2.) Once a cushion has been opened from the original packaging it cannot be returned. You can usually find the size of the cushion labeled some place on your current mask, be sure to check there first.

Is This Cushion Seal Latex Free?

Yes, all CPAP mask cushions we sell are latex free. Most cushion seals are made from soft silicone material. For CPAP users that experience discomfort from silicone cushions there are some masks that use cloth or memory foam material. How Often Should I Replace This Cushion Seal?

Your mask cushion seal typically has a life span of 1-3 months, however with proper care they can last up to 6 months. Signs of replacement will be excessive mask leak and/or discoloration.

How Do I Clean My Mask Cushion Seal?

You should consult the owner’s manual that is included with your mask system. The rule of thumb for most mask cushion seals is to clean with mild soap by hand and let air dry. It is important to clean your cushion seal daily to remove facial oils, makeup or dirt that can cause mask leaks.
