Product Description

Improve your health and your bed partner's happiness with a clinically proven treatment for positional obstructive sleep apnea! Night Shift, vibro-tactile positional therapy for obstructive sleep apnea, keeps you off your back so you snore less and sleep better. Worn on the back of the neck, it begins to vibrate when you start to sleep on your back. The intensity of the vibration slowly increases until you change positions.

All New Chest Band Attachment Available. Fees Apply. See Related Items Below.

Night Shift LE vs. original Night Shift

The new generation of Night Shift (LE) allows you to communicate with the new app downloadable on any iOS or Android tablet or phone. You can now view reports, change settings, and even email your reports to your physician!

Q: How do I know if I am a good candidate for Night Shift Therapy?

A: If you were diagnosed with Sleep Apnea you are a good candidate
for Night Shift if:

  • Your sleep study report shows your “supine” sleep apnea severity is two times your severity when you don’t sleep on your back (i.e.,
supine apnea hypopnea index (AHI) is twice as high as your non-supine AHI)
  • Your non-supine AHI is less than 20 events per hour

Q: How does the Night Shift keep me off my back?

A: The Night Shift delivers vibrations once you lay on your back. Vibrations will start at a very light intensity and will gradually increase if you are not responding. These vibrations act as an alert to make you move off your back.

Q: What if I can’t fall asleep unless I am on my back?

A: Night Shift delays the start of therapy for 15 minutes
after the device is turned on in order to give you time to fall asleep on your back. If you need more time, you can use the App or Report Portal to increase the delay to 30 minutes

Q: What health conditions limit me from using the device?

A. We recommend that Night Shift is not used on patients who:

  • Suffer from tics or tremors of the head
  • Suffer from cardiac arrhythmia corrected by an artificial pace-maker
  • Have a neck less than 12 inches (30 cm) or greater than 22 inches (56 cm) OR have a chest larger than 59 inches (150 cm)
  • Are currently suffering from neck, shoulder, or back pain
  • Have an open cut or wound near where the Night Shift is worn (you may need to temporarily discontinue use)
  • The Night Shift device generates localized magnetic fields (less than 0.02 mT) that must be kept at least 6 inches (15 cm) from an
implanted medical device of the user or bed partner.

This device lasts a long time

I am still using my first Night Shift. It's so old I can only guess at 15 years. The magnets broke through their skin after a couple of years and I have been using shoe and boot laces since with no problems. I started using it with a mouth guard and I have avoided needing any other type of device. My wife is happy a well - no more snoring.

works for some

Great alternative for me! I have mild sleep apnea and i was skeptical at first but it works. Make sure you talk to your Doctor first since this is for special cases only
