Trade-In Request Additional Information

Thank you for completing the trade-in request form.  Below you will find out more about what we offer for a credit towards a "New", "OPEN Box" or "Certified Refurbished" machine along with how the process will work.

What is My Machine Worth on a Trade?

To simplify the process, we offer a flat rate "store credit" towards a future purchase from our store.  We will accept any machine in any condition, and to eliminate back and forth negotiation, we feel it is a smoother process to offer one set price.  Below you will find our offer amount towards your credit:

  • CPAP Machine:    $100 Store Credit
  • BiPAP Machine:   $175 Store Credit

The way this works is as follows:

  1. Complete the Trade-In Request Form
  2. Purchase a new or refurbished machine
  3. Send in your trade-in machine
  4. Get your trade-in "store credit"
    1. NOTE: Once we have received your machine for trade-in, we will apply a store credit to your account towards a future purchase.

We offer the store credit after receipt of the machine that is being traded in; therefore, to eliminate you going without a machine, the store credit for a future purchase, not on the upgraded machine.

How can I use my store credit towards my upgraded machine: 

Note:  This is not recommended as there will be a delay in your therapy from the time you send in your machine to the time you would get your replacement machine.

  1. Complete the Trade-In Request Form
  2. Send in your trade-in machine
  3. Get your trade-in "store credit"
    1. NOTE: Once we have received your machine for trade-in, we will apply a store credit to your account towards a future purchase.
  4. Purchase your upgraded machine along with your store credit.
