The Sleep Awareness Week Lumin CPAP Cleaner Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by 1800CPAP.com (the “Sponsor”), located in the United States. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment partners, and any other organizations involved in the administration or execution of this Promotion, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited, restricted, or otherwise regulated by law.

The Promotion begins on March 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on March 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the entry form available on the Sponsor’s website during the Promotion Period. Entrants must provide a valid email address and any required information requested on the form. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or that otherwise violate these Official Rules may be void.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Lumin CPAP Cleaner with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $299 USD. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on or about March 16, 2026. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

By entering this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, fairness, or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or abusive manner.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or undelivered entries due to technical failures, internet congestion, website interruptions, server errors, email filtering, or any other technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion. Sponsor is also not responsible for any issues related to website functionality, third-party platforms, email systems, or form submission errors that may prevent an entry from being properly recorded.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or notice.

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and may be used for the administration of this Promotion and for marketing communications from the Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through the unsubscribe link provided in such communications.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or email service provider used to promote the Promotion, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, or Mailchimp. By participating, entrants release such platforms from any responsibility or liability related to the Promotion.

This Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the State of Ohio.
