1. Sponsor

The 1800CPAP.com 2026 Season of Comfort Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Ohio Sleep Awareness, LLC, doing business as 1800CPAP.com, 2908 US 22, Maineville, Ohio 45039 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor; its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment partners and other organizations involved in administering the Promotion; members of their immediate families; and individuals living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible. Void where prohibited, restricted or otherwise regulated by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on October 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s designated computer system is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit the Season of Comfort Sweepstakes landing page on https://www.1800cpap.com, complete all required fields on the official entry form displayed on that page and submit the form in accordance with the on-screen instructions. Entrants must provide accurate information, including a valid first name, last name and email address, and confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://1800cpap.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Attempts to obtain additional entries through multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, automated systems, bots, scripts or other methods may result in disqualification. Late, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated or otherwise noncompliant entries are void.

The entry form is a Mailchimp embedded signup form. By voluntarily submitting the form, an entrant requests and consents to receive promotional emails from 1800CPAP.com, including special offers, product information, educational content and seasonal promotions. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Unsubscribing after a valid entry is received will not cancel the entry or affect the entrant’s odds of winning.

Providing an ordinary phone number is optional and may be used to contact the potential winner. Providing an ordinary phone number does not provide consent to receive SMS marketing. Sponsor will send promotional text messages only to individuals who separately provide the specific SMS consent required by Sponsor’s SMS program.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win, and making a purchase will not improve an entrant’s odds of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) verified winner will receive one (1) React Health Luna G3 Auto CPAP Machine with Heated Humidifier and one (1) eligible CPAP mask selected by the winner from Sponsor’s designated 30-Day Risk-Free CPAP Mask Collection, subject to availability and applicable prescription requirements.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the complete prize is up to $903 USD, based on an ARV of $754 for the machine and up to $149 for the eligible mask selected. If the actual value is less than the stated ARV, the winner will not receive the difference in cash or any other form.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute the prize or a component with one of equal or greater value if an advertised item becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes and expenses not expressly stated as included are the winner’s responsibility.

6. Prescription and Fulfillment Requirements

A prescription is not required to enter and must not be submitted with an entry. The Luna G3 Auto CPAP Machine and fully assembled CPAP masks are prescription medical devices. Before applicable prize components can be shipped, the potential winner must either have a valid prescription on file with 1800CPAP.com or submit a valid prescription through Sponsor’s secure prescription process, and must satisfy all other eligibility, verification and fulfillment requirements imposed by applicable law and Sponsor’s prescription policy.

After eligibility is verified, Sponsor will confirm whether an acceptable prescription is already on file. If one is not on file, Sponsor will provide instructions for securely submitting the required prescription through Sponsor’s standard prescription-verification process. Prescription or medical documentation must not be submitted through the entry form or ordinary marketing email.

The potential winner will have thirty (30) calendar days after receiving Sponsor’s prescription instructions to satisfy applicable prescription requirements.

If the potential winner does not have an acceptable prescription on file and does not timely submit one within the stated period, or otherwise cannot satisfy the applicable prescription requirements, that potential winner will be disqualified. Sponsor will then select the next alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The same verification and prescription requirements will apply to each alternate potential winner. Sponsor may continue this process until an eligible winner is verified or until no eligible entries remain.

The prize will be shipped only to a valid physical address within the eligible geographic area after all requirements are satisfied. Sponsor is not responsible for medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, prescription costs or other healthcare expenses.

7. Random Drawing, Notification and Verification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on January 1, 2027, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Sponsor will send the initial winner notification to the email address provided with the selected entry within seven (7) calendar days after the drawing and no later than January 8, 2027. Sponsor may also attempt notification using the phone number provided, if any.

The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours after the initial notification is sent and follow Sponsor’s verification instructions. The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility and to execute an eligibility declaration, liability release and, where lawful, limited publicity release.

If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, fails to complete verification, fails to satisfy applicable prescription requirements, declines the prize or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The selected entrant is not a winner unless and until Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or another factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, fairness or proper operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify an individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or abusively, or attempts to undermine the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated early, Sponsor may select a potential winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received before termination, if feasible and lawful.

9. Technical Limitations

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, corrupted or undelivered entries; interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, websites or email systems; failed transmissions; website, form, platform or software errors; email filtering; or other technical or human errors.

If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person assigned the email address used to enter, subject to Sponsor’s verification.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment partners, service providers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from claims, losses, damages, injuries or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, photograph or likeness, and statements relating to the Promotion solely to announce the winner and reasonably promote this Promotion for up to three (3) years after the prize is awarded, without additional compensation or notice.

12. Privacy and Marketing

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the prize and as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the Promotion and manage communications.

The email consent associated with the embedded signup form is described in Section 4. Email subscribers may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link. SMS marketing requires separate consent. Sponsor will not request prescription or medical documentation through the public entry form.

13. Third-Party Platforms

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, Shogun, Mailchimp or any other third-party platform used to advertise, host or administer the Promotion. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility or liability relating to the Promotion.

14. Medical Device Disclaimer

The prize is intended only for an eligible recipient who satisfies applicable prescription and fulfillment requirements. The Promotion and related advertising do not provide medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. The winner must use the prize according to the manufacturer’s instructions, applicable prescription and guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

15. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from the Promotion will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in Ohio.

For questions regarding the Promotion or to request the winner’s name, city and state after the Promotion concludes, contact Sponsor through the official contact form at https://www.1800cpap.com within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
