Shipping option is determined based on speed and cost effectiveness. For orders over $99, the shipping is free. Orders from $0-$99.99, the shipping fee is a flat rate of $6.99. Offer for free standard shipping is only applicable in the continental United States (USA). Currently, we only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Addresses must consist of a physical location, P.O. boxes will not be accepted.

Canada

Offer for free standard shipping is only applicable in the continental United States (USA). Currently, we only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Addresses must consist of a physical location, P.O. boxes will not be accepted.

When You Can Expect Your Order to Be Shipped

Standard shipping will typically arrive from 2-10 business days after you place your order. If for any reason, products are not available or on backorder, we will notify you and the item will be shipped as soon as possible. Saturday and rush delivery is available with express shipping, but an extra fee will be incurred. To choose this delivery method, you must speak with a customer service representative.

CPAP/Bi-Level (Bi-PAP) Machines Special Delivery Notice

NOTE: ORDERS CONTAINING CPAP/Bi-Level (Bi-PAP) MACHINES WILL BE MARKED TO RECEIVE ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE PREPARE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE MACHINES SHIPPED TO A LOCATION WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE IT. FEDEX WILL NOT LEAVE PACKAGES UNATTENDED THAT ARE MARKED FOR SIGNATURE.
