Shipping option is determined based on speed and cost effectiveness. For orders over $99, the shipping is free. Orders from $0-$98.99, the shipping fee is a flat rate of $9.99. Offer for free standard shipping is only applicable in the continental United States (USA). Currently, we only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Addresses must consist of a physical location, P.O. boxes will not be accepted.

Canada

Offer for free standard shipping is only applicable in the continental United States (USA). Currently, we only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. When You Can Expect Your Order to Be Shipped

Standard shipping will typically arrive from 2-10 business days after you place your order. If for any reason, products are not available or on backorder, we will notify you and the item will be shipped as soon as possible. Saturday and rush delivery is available with express shipping, but an extra fee will be incurred.

Overnight/Express Shipping

Overnight/Express shipping is available to residents in the continental United States. Most products are available for overnight/express shipping, though at times a product may be on back order and not available for overnight/express delivery. To insure overnight/express delivery, a copy of your prescription for applicable products must be recieved prior to product shipment. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available, USPS overnight/express delivery will be sent out first available business day. If you select USPS Express delivery, your order will arrive in 24 to 48 hours. FedEx Overnight delivery option will arrive next day (Sunday delivery not available) NOTE: All orders received after 3pm EST will be sent out the following business day.

USPS Express Delivery 1-2 day is a flat rate of $30.00. We reserve the right to choose a shipping method when orders are shipped free.

Canada

1800CPAP.com offers standard (2-10 business days) shipping on all orders. Orders will be charged a flat rate of $24.99 for standard shipping on orders under $190. For all orders over $190, a flat rate of $39.99 will be charged for standard shipping. All customers have the ability to upgrade shipping to rush options at an additional cost. These express costs are dependent on package weight and ship-to address. We reserve the right to choose a shipping method when orders are shipped free.

NOTE: ORDERS CONTAINING CPAP/Bi-Level (Bi-PAP) MACHINES WILL BE MARKED TO RECEIVE ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE PREPARE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE MACHINES SHIPPED TO A LOCATION WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE IT. FEDEX WILL NOT LEAVE PACKAGES UNATTENDED THAT ARE MARKED FOR SIGNATURE.
