Warranty Items

All products sold from 1800CPAP.COM are NEW and backed by manufacturer's warranty. If the product you have purchased needs to be returned due to manufacturer defect, 1800CPAP.com will exchange your product for the same item or an item of equal value at no additional charge (international shipping rates may apply on orders outside the continental U.S.). All customers (International and Domestic) should contact a 1800CPAP.com agent to arrange returns and shipping. 1800CPAP.com does offer extended warranty plans on certain items.

What Happens If I Order The Wrong Part or Size?

1800CPAP.com will exhange your item for correct item minus the price difference; meaning you only pay the difference or we will refund the difference based on the cost of the purchased item versus the exchanged item. The cost of shipping your returned item(s) back to 1800CPAP.com will be the responsibility of the customer. There are no restocking fees on exchanged items.

Returning My Order or Canceling My Order

1800CPAP.com will accept returns for purchases made through 1800CPAP.com on unopened product(s) within 45 days of the date of purchase, not delivery. A restocking fee of 15% will be subtracted from the original charges and a credit for the difference will be issued on returned items not exchanged items. There is NOT a 15% restocking fee on exchanged items. All shipping costs are non- refundable. Cancelled orders are treated the same as returned orders and the same 15% restocking fee is applicable minus any shipping fees.


1800CPAP.com will not accept returns on products that have been opened. We recommend that you take precautionary measures to insure you are purchasing the right style and size masks for you. For your convenience, we make available to you a detailed product page; mask sizing gauges (when available) and the highly recommended Rest EZ Return Insurance.


1800CPAP.com will accept returns on products you purchase that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for trouble shooting and then, if required, a return authorization number will be issued to you via email. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return products to 1800CPAP.com is not covered in any warranty circumstances.


Important Information.

Product lines vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and your mask sizes may differ. Example: A medium mask size for one style may be a large for another, please refer to the mask sizing gauges available (you can always email us to make sure).


We do consider all machines used if opened and if usage hours are placed on the machine. CPAP and BI-Level/Bi-PAP warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer.


All Machines (CPAP, Bi-Level, Bi-PAP, VPAP Adapt SV, Bi-PAP AutoSV, AutoPAP etc.,) which are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be able to repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer. A diagnostic fee (which varies and is determined by the manufacturer), which may or may not be applied to the actual repair cost (depending on the manufacturer) will be collected prior to submitting the machine to the manufacturer for assessment.

Rest EZ Return Insurance.

Rest EZ Return Insurance is intended to be your safety net for product purchase insurance. Let’s face it, many CPAP users would like to experiment with the latest and greatest product as manufacturers continue to improve the comfort and quality of their products. The conflict arises with the fear the product you may purchase does not fit properly or plain and simple you just don’t like it. 1800CPAP.com reserves the right to reject to obligate this return insurance option to anyone for abuse.


The purchase of Rest EZ Return Insurance allows the purchaser to return the item to 1800CPAP.com within 45 calendar days of the date the product was purchased for a full refund of the product's purchase price less shipping. Return insurance purchase varies by product line. It covers the item purchased with the return insurance option only and does not include other items in the purchaser's order unless additional return insurance has been purchased for that selected item.


The 45 day refund window is counted from the day the product is purchased from 1800CPAP.com until the time the purchaser ships the product back to 1800CPAP.com. Shipment time is included in the 45 day window.


1800CPAP.com does not offer Rest EZ Return Insurance on all products. 1800CPAP.com will honor all purchased return insurance options but reserves the right to add or remove return insurance from any product at any time. The 1800CPAP.com Return Policy governs all items purchased without Rest EZ Return Insurance.


1800CPAP.com return insurance rates will not be offered at a discount.


1800CPAP.com return insurance rates are pre configured and adjusted accordingly to product and market conditions by 1800CPAP.com. Price protection on return insurance rates is not offered.


1800CPAP.com return insurance must be purchased on qualifying products anytime before the order ships. Return insurance is not available for purchase after that time.


Our return insurance is designed to allow you to try out masks per the manufacturer’s specifications and acceptable usage recommendations. Any material changes to the mask and or machines, such as cutting or sewing straps or cushions, voids your return insurance.
