Traditional spontaneous bilevel therapy is also available along with ResMed's Vsync™ and TiControl breath synchronization features for proven, reliable bilevel therapy treatment.

VAuto mode uses AutoSet™ technology to automatically adjust to a patient's pressure needs as they vary throughout the night. Great Product. Better Service

Theres just no place better for service and prices than 1800cpap. I have no clue about what cpap or auto cpap machine i needed or what comes with it. I spoke with Jason and he walked me through everything. I told my sleep doctor about them and he ssaid he would refer others...maybe they will give me discounts (hint hint). Anyways. I like my machine and I have been sleeping better since being on it. I did have to try a few different cpap masks before I could fully use it. Good Luck

I really have been sleeping better with this machine. The best thing I think is peace of mind. When I'm sleeping it automatically adjust the air pressure for me, with apnea, or snoring. Don't have to worry about having episodes while sleeping. Keeps track of everything going on. Could go on, but just wanted you to know that I'm happy with my purchase. Thanks again, Jerry
